1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date of the invoice. The return product shall be unused and shall be in the original packaging.
2. Our return and refund policy is NOT applicable on sales item and/or items indicated as non-returnable or non-refundable items. Items under the "As Is" category is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. Dissatisfied customer have to send an email to us requesting the Return and Refund form. Please read the further terms & conditions for return and refund procedure on the form.
4. If we are unable to fulfill the replacement product (e.g. Last Chance products), a credit voucher will be issued.
